Committed to Total Quality For us,Total quality is more than a marketing slogan. It encompasses every part of our work, every process and our entire company culture, and our commitment is reflected in our ISO 9001 certification. A commitment to total quality means ensuring complete customer satisfaction by guaranteeing product reliability, consistent performance and excellent sound quality, as well as providing customers with smooth communication and the best possible service.
How to reflect quality?
Focus on quality at every stage: from planning, design, engineering to inspection processes to verify and ensure the best possible end result.
Design Total Quality - Production Quality - Verify Production Quality
Design for total quality
Total quality by design means maintaining a constant focus on quality in all the company's processes and activities to meet (and even exceed!) customer requirements: according to a cross-functional perspective, it integrates quality not only into the design and production of products, but also into projects Management, customer service, warranty, etc.
A team of professionals from different departments follows all stages and all aspects of the project from concept to delivery. The team also develops product quality plans to ensure proper monitoring procedures during mass production.
To optimize communication and information exchange, we assign each business partner a designated Key Account Manager. He is the partner's main contact for all technical, logistical and administrative arrangements,
And he works cross-functionally with all areas to ensure the most effective communication.
production quality
Total quality in production means unremitting and meticulous attention to all aspects related to the production process: meticulous research and development, rigorous analysis and evaluation of our suppliers and their manufacturing control systems, implementation of quality in all our internal processes Assurance measures and quality audits.
Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Before any component enters the Lavoce Italiana warehouse, our ICQ team verifies full compliance with requirements according to a strict supplier control program and performs extensive testing such as:
- Strict supplier control program
- Component RoHS Compliance
- Magnet magnetic field measurement
- Spider stiffness measurement
- Surround stiffness measurement
- Salt spray testing of mechanical components
- VC winding heat resistance grade
- Constant temperature test
- Humidity test
In-process quality control (IPQC)
During the production assembly cycle, all identified critical parameters are continuously recorded and analyzed, and all necessary precautions are taken to avoid potential non-compliance situations.
We maximize the use of 2D to 5D automated adhesive application equipment and minimize the use of manual application. Additionally, our team inspects the adhesive at any stage of the assembly process. On the production line, all products undergo two specialized tests:
- Scan test
- 100% Klippel QC for electroacoustic and functional aspects, including voice coil displacement
Finished Product Quality Control (FPQC)
All inspections are designed and performed in full compliance with ISO-2859 (formerly MIL-105), using Klippel QC equipment for electroacoustic and functional inspections to ensure our strict aesthetic requirements are met. Other tests we conduct during this phase include:
- Mechanical testing
- Thermal shock test
- Product life and long-term power handling testing
Verify production quality
Every new project goes through a series of rigorous analyzes and evaluations to identify critical aspects and the causes of potential failures, ensuring the design is robust and reliable.
In order to verify the reliability of our products on the basis of theoretical variables, our sensors are subjected to various practical reliability tests to ensure that we meet the requirements of our business partners.
During the assembly stage, we randomly select products from each production batch to undergo various reliability tests, such as rigorous life tests, destructive tests, and any other tests we plan in our quality specifications or agree with our business partners.
